The name is a famous American musician and singer who became famous for being the lead singer of Black Veil Brides. He founded the band and was its only remaining band member. Biersack in his search for fame, chose the name Andy Black and pioneered a music style that was reminiscent of the songs of the older band Kiss as well as Motley Crue. Through the course of the following few years, Andy Biersack went from strength to strength and gained fame within his native American arena.
